A few things you might be wondering.

Are your lamps cordless?

Yes. Our rechargeable lighting is designed to be used without a permanent power cable, so once charged, you can place it wherever you fancy — bedside tables, shelves, dining tables, dark corners and all those places a plug isn’t quite where you need it.

How do I charge my lamp?

This varies slightly by product, but most of our rechargeable lights use USB or USB-C charging. You’ll find the exact charging details on each product page and with your lamp.

How long does the battery last?

Battery life depends on the individual lamp and the brightness setting you use. Most of our rechargeable lights will give you several hours of glow from a full charge, with approximate running times listed in the product details.

Can I use rechargeable lamps outside?

Only lights specifically described as suitable for outdoor use should be used outside. Always check the product description and IP rating first.

Are your solar lights rechargeable by USB too?

Some are solar-only, while others can be charged by both solar power and USB. We’ll always make this clear on the individual product page.

Can I change the lampshade?

On selected lamps, yes — and we love being able to change the look of a lamp with a different shade. If a shade is removable or interchangeable, you’ll find the fitting information in the product details.

Do bulbs come included?

This varies by product. Some of our lights have integrated LEDs, while others use replaceable bulbs. We’ll always tell you exactly what’s included on the product page.

What colour light do your lamps give off?

We favour warm, flattering light rather than anything bright or clinical. Most of our lighting sits around 2700K–3000K, creating the soft evening glow we love.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes. UK delivery is free on orders over £75.

Can I return something if I change my mind?

Yes. Eligible unused items can be returned within our returns period. You’ll find all the details on our Returns page.

Can I ask for help choosing a light?

Absolutely. If you’re not sure which lamp will work in your room, send us a photo and a little information about the space. We’re always happy to offer some lighting advice.
