Free UK Delivery on orders over £75

Most orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days, unless otherwise stated on the individual product page.

Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a dispatch confirmation with tracking details where available.

Delivery times can vary slightly during busy periods, bank holidays and around Christmas, so if you’re ordering for a particular date, we recommend allowing a little extra time.

Larger or multiple-item orders

Some larger lamps, lanterns or multiple-item orders may arrive in more than one parcel. If that happens, we’ll make sure you have the relevant tracking information.

If your parcel hasn’t arrived

If your order hasn’t arrived when expected, please get in touch with your order number and we’ll look into it for you.

Delivery damage

We package orders carefully, but if anything arrives damaged, please let us know as soon as possible and send us a few photographs of the item and packaging so we can put things right.
